CUFFS Online Banking

cuffsCUFFS is the name of our online banking. Members can access detailed information on accounts, perform transfers, order checks, calculate loan payments, sign up for mobile banking, and apply for membership or a loan all with a computer, internet service, and a password.

Draft images are available FREE with CUFFS. This online service means that you have access to copies of your paid checks. Simply log in normally to your account. Click on “Drafts” in the blue sub-menu at the top. Continue by clicking on the check number link which will display the front and back of your paid check.

Members can access CUFFS by clicking here. It’s easy and convenient, but if you need assistance, please contact us.

Note:   The Security Code is your password.

APB Online Bill Pay

apbIf you’re looking to save time and hassle, sign up for APB, our online bill paying service. When you utilize APB, you can say “bye-bye” to long hours of paying bills. APB allows you to schedule bill payments any time of the day or night – right from your own computer. You can be assured that our security measures are some of the safest and most secure you will find anywhere. The flexibility and services of your credit union have always served you well – now let them save you time.

Access APB by clicking here to log into CUFFS Online Banking. Then click on the “Self Service” tab, and again on “Bill Pay Enrollment.”  Then, just follow the instructions. Once your merchant list is entered into CUFFS Online Banking you can pay bills using the Mobile Banking App.  For more information, contact a Member Service Representative.

Mobile Banking App

Our Mobile Banking App is a banking and payments application you can use to access your Police Federal Credit Union of Omaha account information quickly and easily from your iPhone or Android smartphone. Use the Mobile Banking App on-the-go to:

  • Check your account balances.
  • Review recent account activity.
  • Transfer money between accounts.
  • Pay Bills
  • Change and cancel pending payments
  • Deposit checks

 

Download Instructions
  • Search “PFCU Omaha” in the App Store or Google Play
  • Download the Mobile Banking App
  • Enter your “CUFFS Online Banking Login ID” (If you use your account number as your Login ID. please prefill with zeros for a total of 6 digits.  Example:  001234)
  • Enter your “CUFFS Online Banking Security Code”

Note:  You must be signed up for CUFFS Online Banking to use the Mobile Banking App.  The Logon ID and Security Code for Mobile Banking are the same as your Logon ID and Security Code for CUFFS Online Banking.  The Security Code is your password.

Is the Mobile Banking App secure?

To ensure the safety and privacy of your account information, multiple security features are incorporated in the Mobile Banking App:

  • All transactions are encrypted.
  • You must authenticate every interaction with Mobile Banking.
  • No personal or financial information is stored on your phone.

 

Mobile Check Deposit

Mobile Deposit is available in the Mobile Banking app.  Please download the app and then follow these instructions:

  • Open the App
  • Enter your password
  • Click on “Deposits”
  • Click on “New deposit”
  • Select the account you would like to deposit the check into
  • Enter the dollar amount of the check

(NOTE:  Each individual check must be less than $2500 and the daily total must be less than $5000.)

  • Sign the check and click “Continue”
  1. Have all payees sign the back of the check exactly as it’s listed.
  2. Below the signature(s) write “For Mobile Deposit”.
  • Take a picture of the check.
  1. Take a picture of the front of the complete check once satisfied with the picture click on “Use photo”.
  2. Take a picture of the back of the complete check once satisfied with the picture click on “Use Photo”.

(Note:  Photo of the check must include all four corners.)

  • Confirm the information

Frequently Asked Questions:

When will the deposit show up in my account?

If the check is deposited before 3:30 on a business day, your credit should show up the next business day by 9 a.m.

If the check is deposited after 3:30 or on a weekend or holiday, your credit should show up in 2 business days by 9 a.m.

What should I do with the check?

Once the deposit shows up in your account history you can choose to destroy the check or write VOID across the front.

 

E-Statements

E-Statements provide you with the same information as paper statements but are securely available through CUFFS, our online banking service. E-Statements allow you to view and print your monthly account statement at any time, giving you access to your statements sooner than a paper statement.

To sign up for E-Statements, you MUST have access to CUFFS and a valid e-mail address. Members can access CUFFS by clicking here. If you opt for e-statements, you’ll receive our Bill Pay (APB) services FREE OF CHARGE!

Popmoney Personal Payment Service

Email it. Text it. Pay people with Popmoney.

The Popmoney® personal payment service lets you send money to friends, family or almost anyone. Popmoney is an innovative personal payment service that eliminates the hassles of checks and cash. Now, sending and receiving money is as easy as emailing or sending a text. All you need is their name and e-mail address or mobile telephone number to move money from your bank account to theirs.

To get started, log in to CUFFS Online Banking, click on the “Pay Bills” tab and click on the “Popmoney” link.

 

How to use Popmoney – If you don’t have Bill Pay set up:

  • Log into “CUFFS Online Banking”
  • Select “Bill Pay”
  • Select “What else can I do?” along the bottom right of the screen.
  • Select “Popmoney”
  • Enter your name, email address and mobile number. Then accept terms & conditions and activate.
  • Select “Person” or “Charity” (Person is the default)
  • Enter the following for the person you want to pay:
  • First & Last Name
  • Email Address OR Mobile Telephone Number
  • Enter the dollar amount
  • Select the payment date
  • Select deliver time frame
  • Select the PFCU account you want the money to come from
  • Select “Continue”

 

How to use Popmoney – If you have Bill Pay set up:

  • Log into “Cuffs Online Banking”
  • Select “Bill Pay”
  • Select “Activate Now”
  • Select “Activate”
  • Select “Popmoney”
  • Select “Person” or “Charity” (Person is the default)
  • Enter the following for the person you want to pay:
  • First & Last Name
  • Email Address OR Mobile Telephone Number
  • Enter the dollar amount
  • Select the payment date
  • Select deliver time frame
  • Select the PFCU account you want the money to come from
  • Select “Continue”

The recipients will be notified by email or text message. By using Popmoney you will never need to exchange financial account information.
